I'm Melissa Baker. I have my Bachelors in Health Education and Behavior. I am a Certified Digital Wellness Educator with the Digital Wellness Institute, a yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) of over 10 years, and the author of Conscious Adulting in the Digital Age. I serve on the Welcome Committee at Fairplay, the national children's advocacy organization, and have been working in the field of screen time for 7+ years.
I built The Digital Reset because I have learned the how changes in digital life have affected productivity, health, relationships, and quality of life. I created this for you and to help the accomplished women I know reclaim their time and attention.
